Once your payment is completed, you will receive an instant download link to access your pattern. You will also receive an email with the download link.
3. What file format are the patterns in?
Our crochet patterns are provided in PDF format, making them easy to view on any device or print for convenience.
4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made. However, if you experience any issues with your file, please contact us at Support@designsbytota.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
5. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive your download link, please:

- Make sure you used the correct email address during checkout.

6. Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?
Yes! You are welcome to sell finished products made from our patterns in small quantities (e.g., handmade shop, craft fairs). However, mass production is not allowed, and reselling, distributing, or sharing the pattern itself is strictly prohibited.
7. Can I request a custom crochet pattern?
At the moment, we do not offer custom pattern requests, but we’re always working on new designs. Stay updated by following us for new pattern releases!
